Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Supreme Council, operated by BizTransit Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), available at aiscouncil.net and bcz.co (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
AISCouncil is a browser-based platform that enables users to interact with multiple AI language models (including those from Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, and others) through a unified interface. The Service includes:
- Chat interface for individual AI model conversations
- Council mode for multi-model deliberation and consensus
- Bot configuration, sharing, and management tools
- URL-based document encoding and sharing (bcz.co)
- Community contributions (language packs, templates, plugins)
Zero-Server Architecture: The Service operates primarily in your browser. Conversations, bot configurations, and user data are stored locally on your device unless explicitly shared. We act as a user interface and connector to third-party AI services—we do not process or store your conversations.
3. Account Registration
You may create an account using any of the following identity providers:
- Google (via Google Sign-In)
- Apple (via Sign in with Apple)
- GitHub (via GitHub OAuth)
- Facebook (via Facebook Login)
- WeChat (via WeChat OAuth)
You may also use the Service in guest mode with limited functionality. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your authentication credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Free Tier
The Service offers a free tier that includes access to free models available through OpenRouter and Google Gemini. No credit card is required for the free tier.
4.2 Premium Subscription
Premium features are available through a paid subscription. Pricing is geo-tiered based on your country of access, ranging from $3 to $9 per month (USD equivalent). Your pricing tier is determined automatically via Cloudflare country detection at time of subscription.
4.3 Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
BYOK means you use your own API keys: Regardless of subscription tier, you may use your own API keys from supported AI providers.
- Storage: Your API keys are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. We never transmit, intercept, store, or have access to them.
- Direct transmission: Your API keys and requests are sent directly from your browser to the respective AI provider's API. We do not route or proxy these requests.
- Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for:
- The security of your API keys
- Any charges incurred through use of your API keys
- Compliance with each provider's terms of service
- Revoking compromised keys through provider's dashboard
- Provider liability: API usage costs from third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, OpenRouter etc.) are billed directly by those providers and are not included in your subscription fee. We are not responsible for charges incurred with third-party API providers.
4.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store your credit card or payment details.
4.5 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
Your relationship with AI providers: When you use the Service to interact with AI models, you are directly engaging with third-party AI providers. Our role is limited to:
- Providing a user interface to configure and send requests
- Routing requests to the appropriate provider API endpoints
- Displaying responses from AI providers in our interface
- Managing council mode logic for multi-model deliberation
We do NOT:
- Store, process, or see your conversations
- Access, store, or see your API keys
- Control or influence AI provider responses
- Have any liability for provider service quality or availability
Your use of AI providers is governed by their terms:
Your use of AI models through this service is governed by the terms of service of each respective AI provider. Please check each provider's website directly for their latest terms, as we do not maintain or guarantee the accuracy of third-party policy information.
Key providers you may encounter include Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, OpenRouter, and others. For local models using Ollama, no data leaves your device.
Provider privacy: Each AI provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. You should review these policies as your data is sent directly to these providers. We are not responsible for their data handling practices.
6. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by BizTransit Sdn Bhd. The AISCouncil name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of BizTransit Sdn Bhd.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including conversations, bot configurations, system prompts, and shared documents. By sharing content via URL, you grant others permission to view and use the shared configuration.
7.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI models through the Service is subject to the respective AI provider's terms regarding output ownership. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated outputs.
AI-generated content is not professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions without independent verification by qualified professionals. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI outputs.
7.4 Proprietary Rights
The Service, including all software, content, design, and documentation, is proprietary and confidential. All rights are reserved by BizTransit Sdn Bhd.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service
- You may not create derivative works based on the Service
- All trademarks, logos, and brand elements are property of BizTransit Sdn Bhd
- Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Third-party AI providers will remain available or maintain their current pricing
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BizTransit Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct on the Service
- Charges incurred through your API keys
- AI-generated content that is inaccurate, harmful, or inappropriate
- AI provider service disruptions, errors, or availability issues—we are only a user interface and connector to these services
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizTransit Sdn Bhd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. This includes claims related to your use of third-party AI providers' services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination:
- Your account access will be revoked
- Your locally stored data remains on your device (we cannot delete it)
- Any active subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our zero-server architecture and how we respect your privacy by never storing your conversations or API keys.
